Shipping policy

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. All items from an order will be shipped in the same package whenever possible. Shipment tracking details will be emailed to customer. 

For some shipping companies, it takes a few days for the tracking information to update in their systems. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us for verification.

Epiphany Ink is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before submitting your order. If we have made an error, we will be responsible for delivering your order at no additional charge. Contact us if you have any issues with shipment.
