WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All orders can be cancelled up until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know what happened along with a photo/video with proof of damage and we will initiate a refund/replacement.
We can only process returns and exchanges in new condition - so please check your items before coloring! We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product is used.

If your order is missing and the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, then you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us via email for support and we will do our best to help you. We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, but we are not responsible for return shipping & handling fees. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for new shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
Your return must be in new condition, with no coloring/markings of any kind, to be eligible for a return or exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the request for refund will be denied.
For our limited edition products, we will honor returns and exchanges as long as the product is still actively listed as 'in stock' on our website.
